Rival Strengthens Leadership with Appointment of Kostas Voudouris as Chief Product Officer and Partner

Rival, the independent integrated marketing consultancy, has appointed Kostas Voudouris as partner and chief product officer—a new position. The move underscores the consultancy’s commitment to reinventing the agency model through tech-enabled and AI-native services.
With more than 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Voudouris has led transformative work at WPP agency, EssenceMediacom and Choreograph. Leading innovation and product teams, he built AI-driven solutions, commerce platforms, and media technology for global brands such as Apple, Google, NBCUniversal and L’Oréal. From prototyping breakthrough ideas to scaling enterprise platforms used by 80+ clients worldwide, Kostas has a track record of translating emerging technology into business impact.
