SKYN and Sid Lee Produce Special Collection to Raise Awareness for World AIDS Day

AIDS is still around. Yet many experts warn of the dangerous negligence in wearing condoms.
Unfortunately, it is men who are usually the most resistant. With a trend which, although denounced on social networks, is still struggling to be heard:men still find excuses to try to negotiate unprotected sex. So for World Aids Day (December 1) SKYN decided to raise awareness of condom use by tackling these lame excuses from guys. Accompanied by its agency Sid Lee Paris, the famous condom brand is launching a special collection for the day called: “The Inexcusable Excuses condom collection”.
During this day, SKYN redesigned the packs of its symbolic condoms ORIGINAL, LARGE, ELITE by renaming them with a bad excuse aimed at obstinate men.
- "Sadly, they don’t have my size"
Gentlemen, our condoms are stretchy enough to increase 300 times their volume. So no more excuses, only safe sex.
- "Damn, I’m allergic to latex"
Gentlemen, all SKYN condoms are non-latex, lubricated condoms. So no more excuses, only safe sex.
- "Sorry, it reduces my sensations"
Gentlemen, our ELITE condoms are the closest thing to wearing nothing you will ever find. So no more excuses, only safe sex.
Awareness videos and KVs were massively broadcasted in the United States, France, Brazil, Italy and Poland.
It’s about time that none of these inexcusable excuses be excused.
