SpotCo Adds Visionary Leader Lisa Lewis as Executive Creative Director

Oct. 07, 2026

SpotCo is excited to announce that longtime creative leader Lisa Lewis, is rejoining the award-winning agency as Executive Creative Director. Leveraging more than 15 years of industry experience, she will work alongside SpotCo’s teams, leading the agency's creative vision across theater, live entertainment, attractions and culture-driven brands.

Over a career spanning theater and film, Lewis has specialized in launching some of the most well-known entertainment properties in the world, with a passion for the kind of storytelling that makes audiences pay attention. That includes more than 10 years at SpotCo, where she previously led a team producing multi-channel campaigns. Notably, she was integral to the successful launch of the 11-time Tony Award-winning production of Hamilton, including an acclaimed radio campaign featuring Tom Hanks.

Most recently, Lewis was Senior Creative Director at AKA, where she led creative on projects such as the Emmy-nominated launch film for George Clooney’s Good Night, and Good Luck; a Clio Award-winning launch spot for Funny Girl; the Clio Award-winning Welcome to Hell’s Kitchen, a documentary series following Alicia Keys on the show’s journey to Broadway; and the Tony Award campaign for Lincoln Center Theater’s Ragtime. Her experience extends well beyond Broadway, with film work spanning Alexander Payne's The Holdovers, starring Paul Giamatti and Da’Vine Joy Randolph; Champions, starring Woody Harrelson; and work for New Line Cinema and Tribeca Productions.

Lewis returns to SpotCo on the eve of its 30th anniversary, as the agency celebrates three decades of groundbreaking work across countless Tony Award-winning plays and musicals, while also charting its future. She will bring her multidisciplinary experience to the role, working alongside SpotCo’s Managing Director and CCO, Callie Goff, to foster a culture where creative talent can grow and the work evolve to meet future industry needs.

Lewis explained:

"SpotCo was a formative part of my career, and I’m returning with a broader perspective, having spent the last several years leading teams, building campaigns across theater and film, and expanding my work as a writer and director. The truth is, the way audiences find theater and decide what’s worth their time has changed. So we’re focused on what SpotCo becomes next and our ambition to be one of the most exciting creative forces in the business. I’m excited to work alongside Callie to make work that pushes the industry forward, taking big swings, surprising ourselves and our clients, and creating the kind of advertising that gets people talking."

Goff agrees, added:

"Lisa knows what makes SpotCo special and she’s the kind of creative leader who makes everyone around her better. She’s an exceptional writer and a visionary thinker who knows our industry inside and out. We couldn’t be more excited to have Lisa back at SpotCo and helping shape what comes next."
