M+C Saatchi North America proudly announces that Chief Growth Officer Suresh Raj has been named to INvolve’s 2025 Outstanding Top 100 LGBTQ+ Role Model List. The global list celebrates leaders who are breaking barriers for LGBTQ+ professionals in business and driving meaningful inclusion across industries.

Raj brings almost 30 years of experience leading growth and transformation across some of the world’s most prominent creative and communications agencies, including McCann New York, Ogilvy Group, and VIRTUE Worldwide. He was appointed as M+C Saatchi North America first CGO in April, and drives growth through helping brands navigate and lead meaningful change through Cultural Power.

Raj said:

“We have made great progress in fostering belonging. Yet, there are pockets of individuals and communities still struggling with acceptance of their own identities, pressured by mass media and ideology. In that struggle, they believe there are still glass ceilings that are impossible to crack to be able to fully live their authentic lives, contribute meaningfully to society and be successful. Role Models hold an immense responsibility to demonstrate that it is possible to achieve all three at the same time through hard work, while providing hope and guidance on what is possible if individuals remain honest, focused and committed. If we exist, they can too.”

Suki Sandhu, INvolve founder & CEO said:

“I’m so thrilled to be celebrating this global group of trailblazing Executives, Future Leaders and Advocates who are working to ensure LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace can thrive. All the individuals featured in our Outstanding Role Model Lists supported by YouTube are championing inclusion and leveraging their expertise and knowledge to drive impactful initiatives and strategic change within their organizations. It’s vital that LGBTQ+ employees across global organizations can succeed and achieve career success, and these Role Models are essential drivers of change who are smashing barriers to progress. We could not effect change without them leading the way.”

Raj serves on the Board of Directors for Out & Equal, is an inaugural member of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors and sits on McKinsey’s LGBTQ+ Think Tank—The Alliance. He also serves on the Cannes Lions–ANA CMO Growth Council. His ongoing contributions have earned him recognition as an ADWEEK Pride Star, ADCOLOR Rockstar Nominee, and inclusion in WAHStory’s Top 5 Global D&I Leaders.

The Outstanding Role Models List, compiled by INvolve in partnership with YouTube, highlights executives who are not in DEI roles, but who use their platforms to elevate and empower others. These honorees are recognized for their efforts in creating workplace cultures where everyone can thrive authentically.

Since its inception a decade ago, Raj has been consistently honored through the initiative, underscoring his ongoing impact as a vocal and visible advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all spectrums.
