System1 Announces Leadership Changes Supporting Long-Term Growth

Feb. 27, 2026

System1, The Creative Effectiveness Platform, today announced a series of senior leadership changes to continue growth across its advertising and innovation platforms, Test Your Ad and Test Your Innovation respectively, and further expand its global reputation as a leader in advertising and innovation.

Key appointments include:

  • Mohan (Mo) Taylor will join the executive team as Chief Product and Technology Officer. Taylor, who joins from Tenevos, will lead the group’s product and technology strategy and teams. His appointment comes as System1 develops new AI-enabled products, and follows the recent launch of its Test Your Ad Competitive Edge platform.
  • Orlando Wood, currently Chief Innovation Officer, has been appointed Chief Creative Officer. Wood will continue to lead System1’s creative vision, with an expanded brief across thought leadership and the System1 brand that will shape the company’s advertising and innovation strategy.
  • Andrew Tindall, previously SVP of Global Partnerships, is promoted to the executive team as Chief Growth Officer – Advertising. Tindall’s extended remit will see him lead change and growth across System1’s advertising proposition, alongside continued responsibility for partnerships and thought leadership, following success with Effie, TikTok, the IPA and more.
  • Tristan Findlay, who joined the company in 2025 as Managing Director of Innovation, has been appointed Chief Growth Officer – Innovation. In this role, Findlay will continue to champion System1’s innovation proposition which includes product updates, new launches, partnerships like BionicX AI and thought leadership.

As a part of its continued growth strategy, System1 will serve as the founding sponsor of the award-winning Uncensored CMO podcast, as Jon Evans, Chief Customer Officer, departs System1 to manage the podcast on a permanent basis. During his seven-year tenure, Evans led the launch of the Test Your Ad proposition and was responsible for System1’s fame building, commercial partnerships, new business and the podcast.

Since its launch in 2019, Uncensored CMO has grown to become one of the world’s most popular marketing podcasts with over three million downloads. System1’s sponsorship will enable its thought leadership and platform metrics and insights to continue to reach a growing global audience.

James Gregory, CEO of System1 said:

“Orlando, Andrew and Tristan have been fundamental to System1’s commercial and creative success. Their new roles will enable them to drive our advertising and innovation propositions further forward. I’d also like to welcome Mo to System1 as we continue to invest in and expand our technology and platforms. We are also excited for System1 to become the founding sponsor of the Uncensored CMO podcast. Jon and the UCMO team have built an incredible platform for the marketing community and beyond, and we look forward to working together in the next stage of their journey as an independent business.”
