Sep. 11, 2026

At the beginning of September, Szymon Slezak joined 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt as PR & Brand Manager. In his new role, he leads the agency’s external communications, contributes to internal communications and employer branding initiatives, and supports new business development.

As PR & Brand Manager, Ślęzak oversees media relations, the agency’s owned channels and its presence in industry awards and rankings, while strengthening 180heartbeats’ visibility in Poland and internationally. In the areas of internal communications and employer branding, he co-creates initiatives that build team engagement and strengthen the agency’s culture. He is also involved in new business and pitch activities. His remit includes communications support for other capabilities developed under the 180heartbeats brand: 180tech and 180SoMe.

Radosław Smorga, Chief Growth Officer & Partner, Board Member at 180heartbeats said:

"Szymon brings to 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt experience and a perspective that fit well with the direction in which we are developing the agency’s communications. We want to tell stories not only about what we do, but also about the people behind it. There is a lot happening at 180, and we want the way we talk about it to be just as dynamic as the work we create – with the kind of energy that makes hearts beat faster."

Szymon Ślęzak has worked in the advertising industry for eight years. Before joining 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT, he was responsible for communications and PR for agencies within Group One’s portfolio, including Labcon, Change Serviceplan, Game Changer and UNMUTE. Previously, he gained experience at VML and Agora Group. He also co-creates communications for Virtual Vibes, Poland’s first music festival in Roblox. In parallel, he is active in IAB Point of Youth, where, as Education Lead, he contributes to initiatives focused on developing skills and strengthening the perspective of young people in the advertising industry.
