Toaster and Eon Transform How Enterprises Think About Backup in New AI-Powered Campaign

Global creative agency Toaster has unveiled its latest work for Eon.io - global next-generation cloud backup platform - marking another milestone in the brand’s evolution as a technology partner for enterprise IT teams.
Tasked with reframing how cloud backup is perceived, the brief challenged Toaster to tell a powerful story: that with Eon.io, backup isn’t just about protection - it’s about potential.
The resulting explainer film dramatises this transformation, contrasting the “old world” of manual, cumbersome backup systems with the seamless intelligence of Eon.io’s platform. Through a retro-futuristic lens, it shows how Eon.io flips the script - turning backup from a passive vault into a dynamic, automated asset that actively works for the business.
Designed to debut on LinkedIn and scale across Eon.io’s broader marketing ecosystem - including events, paid media, and owned platforms - the film anchors Eon’s brand narrative around innovation and intelligence.
This campaign also marks a first for Toaster’s EMEA studio: a project crafted using AI-driven creative tools, including NotebookLM, Veo3, ElevenLabs, Luma AI, Premiere, Google AI Whisk, Midjourney and Gemini. The team leveraged these platforms to deliver cinematic quality on a lean budget, blending technical precision with a distinctive visual aesthetic true to Eon.io’s retro-futuristic brand world.
