Tram-Anh Nguyen started her career at Blue Advertainment and then Leo Burnett as a junior art director. After 2 years of freelance work, she joined Publicis Conseil for 1 year, before joining the ServicePlan Paris team in 2017.
Over her 5 years at the agency, she helped bring in Auchan and road safety association Sécurité Routiére, and accompanied clients such as Desperados, BMW, Bonne Maman, and Éléphant Bleu.
In 2019, she won her first international awards with the project "The Missing Page" for Saforelle (1 Eurobest, 3 Clios, 1 Health Clio, 2 Epica, 4 New York Festival) and in 2021, her first Cannes Lion with "Invisible Women" for the association Elementary Rules, followed by a D&AD and 2 Health Clios.
