Ways & Means Adds Danika Casas as Head of Production

Mar. 31, 2026

Ways & Means welcomes Danika Casas as Head of Production. In this role, Danika will act as a partner to creatives, building a collaborative framework for production that supports bold ideas while maintaining the highest standards for craft and execution.

Danika joins Ways & Means during a period of exciting growth, with the creative studio coming off a Super Bowl campaign for Hims & Hers and underway on work for Opendoor, Notion and Sonos. Thriving on collaborative problem solving, Danika embraces even the most impossible-seeming challenges. Her love of production has been built over the years through working her way up the ranks at The Mill and eventually joining Mayda Creative Co., where she oversaw all live-action production.

Highlights from her work at Mayda Creative Co. include over 15 branded content projects with The Sphere. Tailoring each process to fit the creative needs, Danika produced ExoSphere films for Puma x A$AP Rocky x F1, which marked The Sphere’s first use of live-action content, and films for OBEY featuring artwork from Shepard Fairey. She was the production manager for “The Most Vicious Cycle” for March For Our Lives, a music video revolving around a Rube Goldberg machine representing the cycle of gun violence in the US. Other select brand collaborations include Apple, Boost Infinite, TJ Maxx, Ralph Lauren, Microsoft, PlayStation, Google, Starbucks, WNBA, Heinz, Wall Street Journal, and Cartier.

Danika Casas on joining the creative studio remarked:

"I love the range of mediums Ways & Means works in and their direct-to-brand approach. They go beyond a traditional commercial production company and genuinely lean into new, exciting work, no matter what the client asks. The passion for thecraft is obvious, and it’s something I really wanted to be a part of. After meeting with Jett [Steiger] and Lana [Kim], it was clear how much care and attention they put into every project, and the culture they’re building felt like a place I could truly call home."

Lana Kim, Founder and Executive Producer of Ways & Means, added:

"Danika brings an instinctive understanding of how great ideas move from concept to execution. Her sharp problem-solving, collaborative spirit, and genuine love for the process reflect the values we hold at Ways & Means — thoughtful partnership, craft, and a deep respect for the people behind the work. We’re excited to add her experience to our team as we partner with brands and navigate increasingly complex, fast-moving work across creative development, production, and post."
