Worth Your While Appoint Rikke Wichmann-Bruun as Managing Partner
May. 12, 2026
Worth Your While is pleased to announce the appointment of Rikke Wichmann-Bruun as Managing Partner. Rikke joins the agency following her return to Copenhagen after 11 years in London, where she held senior leadership positions at some of the world's most respected agencies.
Working with Worth Your While founder Morten Ingemann, Rikke will be responsible for managing and growing the independent agency's operations in both Copenhagen and London.
With 25 years of experience across creative, media, CRM, digital and production, Rikke's career spans leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, MRM London, OLIVER Group, 360i Europe and most recently Cheil UK, where she served as Managing Director of Client Services. She has led multi-market businesses, driven double-digit organic growth, and built senior client partnerships with brands including Microsoft, Samsung, Toyota, Pandora, Nike, Coca-Cola and P&G.
Morten Ingemann, Founder & CEO, Worth Your While said:
"Most people at Rikke's level don't look at agencies like ours. That she did - and that she chose us - means something. We've always had the ambition. We've always had the work. What Rikke brings is the experience of having scaled that into something bigger, and the commercial instinct to do it without losing what makes the place worth joining in the first place. That balance is genuinely hard to find. We found it."
Rikke Wichmann-Bruun, Managing Partner, Worth Your While added:
"Finding a place that truly matches your values and ambitions isn't always easy – but from the very first conversation with Morten and the team, I knew this was something special. I've spent 25 years making smart commercial decisions – and this is both. The potential I see in WYW is real and significant. But if I'm honest, it was the people and the craft that made it a no-brainer. Sometimes the smartest move and the heart move are the same thing. I'm excited to bring my experience in commercial growth, international client relationships and business development into this – and together with an incredible team, take WYW further out into the world and be part of work that really makes a mark."
Rikke has been recognised by Campaign UK as both a Top 5 Integrated Leader and an A-List Leader. Her role is effective immediately.
