Dec. 15, 2025
Yes&, the independent fully integrated marketing agency, has recruited Jean Hitchcock to serve as senior healthcare advisor. A veteran strategist with 20+ years of experience in the healthcare system and at healthcare marketing communications firms, Hitchcock will lead strategy for the agency’s rapidly expanding healthcare offerings.
Hitchcock spent seven years on the leadership team at Scripps Health, where she ran marketing communications for five hospitals, 13 clinics, 2,660 physicians and 12,000 employees. She served 4.5 years as marketing communications lead for MedStar Health’s $4.5 billion Washington, D.C., area operations and held the role of VP, Marketing Communications, for Phoenix Children’s Hospital before running her own healthcare marcomms advisory shop.
Bob Sprague, founder and managing partner, Yes& said:
"Jean is a visionary marcom leader who combines extensive consulting and corporate experience in healthcare. She has strong relationships in—and a deep knowledge of—all aspects of the healthcare industry. Jean managed, survived, and succeeded through mergers, acquisitions, system branding and too many crises to mention."
Hitchcock joins Yes& in the midst of an aggressive growth trajectory. In the past 18 months, the agency has added key executive roles, launched a major rebranding and acquired four leading companies across multiple sectors―including a creative hot shop, a long-established full-service agency, a B2B agency and a communications training/crisis communications firm.
Hitchcock said:
“Yes& has earned its reputation through outstanding work and a culture rooted in strategic business partnership. Their ability to help healthcare organizations build powerful brands and accelerate growth is unmatched. I’m excited to contribute to the next chapter of impact for our clients.”
In addition to her work commitments, Hitchcock serves on the board of Doctivity Health and Digital Health Strategies and is a strategic advisor for Altitude Ventures.
