Yes&, the independent, fully integrated creative marketing agency, today announced that industry veteran Ashley Benecchi has been named SVP, Yes& CommCore, the specialty team within Yes& which provides media training, presentation training, and crisis response. Benecchi is a long-time Yes& CommCore coach who has worked closely with her predecessor Jerry Doyle, who is retiring.

Yes& CommCore’s training and coaching expertise is one of the unique specialty services within the broad portfolio of agency capabilities at Yes&. This highly focused group has a 40-year legacy of servicing clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to start-ups. Yes& CommCore’s proprietary structures and techniques strengthen both the content and delivery of critical messages through fully customized and interactive programs across a range of industries.

Benecchi’s expertise spans working one-on-one with C-suite and renowned global innovators on media coaching for individual and public presentations, including major investor conferences and industry panels, from SXSW to HLTH to Cannes Lions and JP Morgan Healthcare. She is deeply experienced in biotechnology and the life sciences, including obesity and metabolic health/GLP-1, rare diseases, neuroscience, epilepsy, women's health, oncology and GI medicine.  Her industry expertise extends to Finance, FinTech, HealthTech, Insurance, and beyond. A former ABC News producer and on-air reporter, she earned her Bachelor’s in Government from Harvard College and her Master’s from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.

Zihla Salinas, CEO, Yes& said:

“Ashley is a superstar communications coach with superb strategic and storytelling skills. She helps leaders turn complex ideas into clear, memorable and human-centered messages that bolster and advance reputations.”

Benecchi said:

“My goal for Yes& CommCore is to sit at the nexus of strategy, storytelling, and leadership development. In the network newsroom as a producer and on-air reporter, I learned how to find the core truth of a story under immense pressure. In the agency world, leading narrative insights and journalistic storytelling at 21Grams, I saw how those truths could scale to move behaviors and change lives. And, with executive coaching, I discovered the immense joy of helping leaders unlock their own authentic voices to build trust and inspire teams. Leading Yes& CommCore feels like the ultimate alignment of all three chapters.”

Benecchi joins Yes& CommCore from LifeFrame Health, a boutique storytelling agency and consultancy she founded to provide executive coaching and integrate journalistic storytelling with advertising and communications. She spent more than eight years at ABC News, New York, as an Editorial Producer, chasing down stories of national interest for 20/20, World News Tonight, and Good Morning America; she also reported for ABC NewsOne. Additionally, she served as an anchor, bureau chief, and reporter for a range of local TV news organizations.
