May. 28, 2024
The Disseny Hub Barcelona will host the seventh edition of the ADCE High Potentials programme on May 30-31, where 33 junior creatives from 11 countries in Europe will present their best work on stage in front of seven leading communications agencies and design studios that are ready to spot the best emerging talents.
The list of ADCE High Potentials 2024 student participants from Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden can be viewed here on the ADCE website.
The selections, from over 100 submissions, were made by programme director Hans-Peter Albrecht, partner/creative director at The Wunderwaffe, ADC Germany member, and ADCE collaborator, who has identified the best talents of the new generation of European creatives.
Leading agencies and studios participating include four from Germany Grabarz & Partner, Serviceplan, Phillipp und Keuntje, and The Wunderwaffe and three from Spain: Feels Like Studio, Summa, and Morillas.
The young talent will have up to five minutes to present their best work at the Auditorium of the DHub in front of the agencies and studios, who will also take the stage to discuss their recruitment methods and hiring requirements. The event will end with a speed-dating session, where the agencies will be able to interview the selected candidates for 10 minutes in order to have a more personal and direct contact.
In addition to the presentations, the event also includes networking activities, and the presentation of the first ADCE Creativity Trend Report, curated by Patrizia Boglione.
The presentations of the young creatives and agencies on May 30 is open to the public, with free access (prior registration required).
