Windfall Willie, the old gold miner has gotten a makeover as the new Chief Fun Officer of the Arizona Lottery. A complex combination of wisdom and wisecracks, Willie has evolved from a caricature to a character. Life is just one big game for Willie and his only desire is to make sure everyone’s playing and having a good time.
