Serviceplan New York is the newest, and first North American, office of the Munich-based Serviceplan Group. Serviceplan is a top-25 global agency group with 25 offices worldwide, generating over $400MM in revenue with over 4,300 employees and key clients including ABB, BMW, Sky, Ferrero, Beck’s, Lufthansa Group, BNP Paribas, Vorwerk, L’Oréal, Capri Sun among others. For five decades, this fiercely independent group has operated fully-integrated agencies under its “House of Communication” model which brings together local market experts in advertising, media and digital/technology all under one roof. These integrated teams work together in a creative and collaborative environment. The US House of Communication, based in New York, launched in Q1 2018 with a staff of currently 65 employees and is helmed by Stefan Schuette, a veteran of the Serviceplan Group. Joining him is MODCo/Mediaplus, a full-service, NY-based media planning and buying agency, lead by its CEO Erik Dochtermann who is recently joined by Phil Cowdell as appointed CEO Mediaplus Americas.
