Poulehouse is an egg production company created in 2017, whose particularity is to prevent the killing of poultry that have become less productive from the age of 18 months.

The company is founded in february 2017by Fabien Sauleman, Sébastien Neusch and Elodie Pellegrain. The founders' desire is to develop breeding hens that meet ethical criteria, by banning the traditional practice of slaughtering hens at 18 months, an age from which their productivity begins to decline.
