Believe Media Relocates LA Office To Historic Larchmont Village Bungalow

Jul. 13, 2021

Burrowed on the tree-lined streets of Larchmont Boulevard, neighbors to Hancock Park and Paramount Pictures Studios, the ‘Believe Bungalow’ is home to the production company’s new Los Angeles office. Designed by Hillary Hayne, the office was curated to honor the architectural integrity of the historic craftsman-style home and provide lounge-inspired workspaces for creators.

Leveraging historical and personalized touches, the office was designed with a warm 1920s palette of rich burgundy window treatments integrated with velvet navies, repurposed leather club chairs and augmented by an extensive art and photography collection. Hayne and Silver worked closely to achieve a vision of unrestrictive and inspiring, a space where creative energy swells, and productivity is unlocked through comfort.

Liz Silver, CEO and Executive Producer, says:

“We were on a studio lot for many years and started to get this feeling we wanted a place where creatives could freely come to collaborate. We started this project pre-pandemic, but the need for a more natural flowing home-away-from-home has been amplified and our hope is this place strikes that balance of work and social connectivity.”

Hayne mentions:

“It’s vintage Hollywood with a little bit of rock ‘n roll. From the library-influenced conference room to the expansive garden, inside to outside, you can find your nook to focus on your projects or gather safely.”

Surrounded by bright blooms and greenery, the bungalow’s garden makes the most of the Los Angeles lifestyle with shaded outdoor workspaces including a 12-foot teak wood conference table, outdoor seating areas and a vintage Airstream for production overflow, wardrobe fittings or quaint Happy Hour.

An immediate left from the ‘Believe Bungalow’ is the charmingly iconic Larchmont Village known for its old-town shopping strip and home to the likes of Larchmont Village Wine, Spirits & Cheese, Village Pizza, and Tacos Tu Madre. Get caught in the choice-battle between Salt & Straw and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream shops or enjoy an iced house-made almond-macadamia milk latte from Go Get ’em Tiger. The village offers a convenient and nuanced haven for your workday.
