BIEN Drops New Anthem Reel "The Future is Inclusive"

BIEN is a minority-owned, inclusive motion design studio creating the world's most diverse and inclusive animation work. The Los Angeles-based company recently dropped a new animation anthem showcasing their work for Fortune 100 brands.

Bien's diverse creative directors, producers, illustrators, designers, and animators are over 50% female and come from underrepresented communities.

Combined with their intentional approach to inclusivity, the international team is helping to create a paradigm shift in the industry; one in which diversity in gender, race, ability, culture, and sexuality are represented with authenticity, respect, and compassion.

Executive Producer Ricardo Roberts said:

"Our goal is to disrupt the monoculture that dominates the motion design industry (white, male designers and animators). We pioneered the Inclusive Motion Design methodology back in 2017, and we are finally starting to see some traction in the industry."
