Colossus Celebrates Creative Promotion With Release of Death-Metal Anthem

Colossus, the independent advertising, design and creative company, never settles for the ordinary. The agency’s passion for the unconventional is exemplified in the creation of “The Rise Of Dalton,” a full-bore, skull-rattling death metal anthem that celebrates and announces the promotion of Ryan Dalton from ACD to Creative Director.
Dalton served in creative roles at Arnold Worldwide, MMB and Phoenix Media Group before joining Colossus as ACD in 2021. A multi-disciplinary talent with skills ranging across design, art direction and emerging technology, he works on the whole of the Colossus client portfolio, including Wellness Pet, Adobe, DesignShop and Cantera Negra Tequila.
The head-banging single includes an album cover with iconic 1980s-era death metal imagery of skulls, blood-red serif type and a “Parental Advisory” warning and serves as a tribute to Dalton’s love of skateboarding, punk rock and death metal. His favorite bands include Pig Destroyer, Neurosis, Trap Them and Mind Eraser.
