Fully Autonomous AI Solutions: Serviceplan Group Unveils Agentic Services
Oct. 10, 2024
Plan.Net Group, part of Serviceplan Group, has reached a significant milestone in its AI work. With the launch of Agentic Services, clients now have access to a new range of services where AI agents autonomously handle complex tasks traditionally performed by humans. This makes Serviceplan Group one of the first agency groups to integrate such AI agents into its service portfolio—a major step forward in AI’s role within the advertising industry.
In this phase, selected clients can access services like research, content creation, CI monitoring, insights, and design, all delivered by autonomous AI agents. These agents take on repetitive, time-consuming tasks, completing them faster and more cost-effectively. At the same time, Plan.Net follows a "human-in-the-loop" approach, combining the advantages of AI with human expertise. This integration ensures clients benefit from the speed and scalability of AI without sacrificing quality, as human creativity and contextual understanding remain critical.
Sebastian Kupers, Chief Transformation Officer at Plan.Net Group commented:
"We’re incredibly proud to introduce Agentic Services to the market. Our clients now have access to Agentic Services such as competitive research, content strategy development, and even the creation of design tokens. These agents collaborate intelligently, delivering high-quality, fast, and scalable solutions.”
Agentic Services: How Brands Can Benefit
In contrast to simple prompts used in tools like ChatGPT, which provide quick but often superficial responses, Agentic Services utilize autonomous AI agents. At its core, the system is based on so-called "Agentic Workflows", which allow tasks to be broken down into subtasks, enabling multiple specialized AI agents to work on these subtasks. They continuously improve their results self-critically and in a collaborative manner. As a result, Agentic Services can manage complex, multi-stage workflows without requiring human intervention at each step. The outcome: key processes in marketing and sales are automated exponentially more effectively than with traditional, single-stage AI systems.
Serviceplan Group’s Agentic Services Portfolio
Initially, the Agentic Services will focus on providing research solutions, such as competitive analyses and industry insights. Continuous monitoring of competitors, for instance, can be delivered in a fraction of the time and cost compared to traditional methods.
The Agentic Services portfolio is currently being expanded and will include additional functionalities in the near future. AI agents will analyze website data, enabling brands to gain a deeper understanding of their user insights. In the content area, all tasks along the content supply chain can be automated by AI agents. Furthermore, AI agents will assist in the creation and management of design tokens for digital ecosystems, ensuring brand consistency while elevating personalization at scale to a new level.
Florian, CEO Serviceplan Group said:
"We believe that the combination of AI-driven efficiency and human creativity is the future of the agency model. Agentic Services enable a new way of working, where AI agents take on repetitive, time-consuming tasks. This allows our experts to focus on what machines cannot do: bringing creativity and valuable insights to the table."
