Bridget joined Grayson Matthews in 2009. As CEO she combines her strategic and creative thinking to help develop groundbreaking work and drive the brand forward. Her abilities land her right at the intersection of business, creativity, and technology, and promoting the value of music, artists, and copyright, forging new partnerships, and exploring new directions – the key to new creative opportunities and expanding globally. In her time at Grayson, Bridget has helped grow the company from 15 to over 40 employees, and launch several new companies and divisions, including The Music Assembly, The Wilders and SNGL, building what Grayson Music Group is today. Bridget oversees the business of Grayson Music and all the companies under this umbrella.

The Music Assembly, an online music licensing platform and catalogue which owns and licenses over 2000 unique copyright titles. The Wilders which launched in 2018 and has seen revenues more than double each year since inception. SNGL, launched in March 2022, is a global ecosystem created by artists for artists with the intent to shape the future of music and monetization, bound by unhinged creativity and direct access to revenue streams. Prior to Grayson Matthews, Bridget spent a number of years as a producer freelancing between New York and Toronto, before landing at Untitled Films, an internationally renowned commercial production company. There, she collaborated with world-renowned directors such as Tim Godsall, John Mastromonaco and the Perlorian Brothers, with whom she produced several award-winning campaigns, including a Gold win at Cannes Lions.

Ali Willa Milner has led many lives, all deeply connected to music and voice. For years, Ali worked as an artist (under the moniker ‘Willa’), as a songwriter for herself and others, and as a voice actor (film, TV, advertising and animation).At Berklee College of Music in Boston, she learned how to sharpen the lyrics, concept, and melody of any writing room. She has written for many artists (Ryan Guldemond of Mother Mother, One Republic’s John Nathaniel, Babyface, The Knocks, Now United, Grae and more) and was nominated for her first Grammy as a songwriter in 2022. She has had equal success in voice acting (My Little Pony, Rogers, Chevrolet, McCafe, Canadian Tire, Nissan, BMO, AMEX, OLG and more).Ali’s extensive experience in these worlds has provided great success in her commercial directing career. She has an innate ability to work with any talent to bring the message to life in a fresh way, and is exceptionally skilled at leading a room and guiding a project’s sonic identity.

At the helm of the commercial production team, Kelly McCluskey has managed a diverse portfolio of audio projects for thousands of clients and brands and produced for dozens of award-winning campaigns. Kelly has spent the past 10 years at Grayson, and her passion for music, creative projects and people has been her driving force. She’s been instrumental in building the Grayson team and network of artists as it’s doubled in size, and shaping the company as they continue to reach new creative heights. When she isn't working, Kelly continues to indulge her love for music; discovering new artists, going to shows, singing, and listening to records at home with her miniature dachshunds.

Tyson Kuteyi is an award-winning Producer, Composer, Recording and Mixing Engineer at the center of the advertising, TV, film and music industries. His keen ability to connect with each project's unique requirement, combined with his technical and musical knowledge has made him a top choice for the recording, production and mixing needs of brands and artists internationally.

He began his career at age 17 as a DJ where he began to develop an ear for live mixing, song structure and vocal arrangements. Over the years he's masterfully fine tuned his skills to become one of the most sought after producers for television and advertising. In addition to being part of various productions like X Factor and The Next Star, in 2018-2019 Tyson worked as an Engineer and Consultant on CTV's nationally televised show, "The Launch".

Working with writers and producers like Scott Borchetta (discovered Taylor Swift) and Jon Levine (Dua Lipa, Alessia Cara, Andy Grammar, Avril Lavigne), the show became the launching pad for many of Canada's top artists. In the booth, Tyson has directed various big name voices such as Bryan Cranston, Tina Fey, P. Diddy, K-os, T-Pain, Kardinal Offishall, Nelly Furtado and Leonard Cohen. His attention to detail holds the ability to extract the true potential within every project he works on. He approaches his craft with exceptional intensity and passion which has helped to carve a solid niche for himself in the music industry and advertising industry, allowing his technical know-how to be displayed through each creative endeavor.
