Landor, the world-leading brand and design consultancy – part of WPP – has appointed Alana Eversole as Global EVP, Experience, and promoted Ryan Frost to Global Executive Creative Director, expanding its global leadership team as the company continues to invest in the design and experience capabilities helping clients build more distinctive, connected, and influential brands in an increasingly agentic world.

She brings more than two decades of experience spanning brand experience, business development and growth leadership, including more than a decade within the Landor business.
Her appointment comes as brands place renewed emphasis on creating more distinctive, memorable connections with consumers amid growing digital fragmentation. In the newly created position, Eversole will lead the development of Landor's growing global Experience offering, bringing together the agency’s existing expertise across retail environments, hospitality, events, customer experience, spatial design, immersive environments and experiential marketing to help clients create connected physical, digital and sensory brand experiences.
Jane Geraghty, Global CEO, WPP Brand & Design and CEO, Landor said:
“As brands compete for attention in an increasingly fragmented and AI-influenced landscape, physical and sensory experiences have become more important than ever. Alana brings the strategic rigor, commercial leadership and creative vision needed to help clients build memorable, differentiated experiences that move people and ultimately influence agentic choice. It’s also wonderful to welcome back another Landor ‘boomerang'.
Eversole added:
“I'm excited to rejoin Landor at a moment when experience is becoming one of the most powerful expressions of brand. Consumers increasingly expect meaningful interactions across every touchpoint, and the brands that succeed will be those that create experiences people want to engage with, share and return to. Landor has world-class talent across strategy, design and creativity, and I'm excited to help bring those strengths together to deliver transformative work for clients.”
Landor has also promoted Ryan Frost from Executive Creative Director to the newly created role of Global Executive Creative Director.
Based in New York, Frost will work alongside fellow Global Executive Creative Directors Tristan Macherel, Chris Moody and Graham Sykes, helping define and shape creative excellence across the business globally. Reporting to and working closely with Global Chief Creative Officer Teemu Suviala, he will help define Landor's global creative vision, oversee creative output, support major new business opportunities, attract and mentor senior creative talent, and build relationships with client-side creative and marketing leaders around the world.

Since joining the business in London in 2007, he has served in senior creative positions in Singapore, London and New York, most recently as Executive Creative Director, Americas, where he helped drive the region's creative growth and advance the agency's use of emerging technologies.
Frost's promotion comes as technology advancements are having a huge impact on how brands are discovered and experienced, and when organizations are placing increasing emphasis on brand and differentiation as a driver of long-term growth Landor’s increasing investment in senior creative leadership to help clients build more distinctive brands and unlock new opportunities for brand-led growth.
Teemu Suviala, Global Chief Creative Officer, Landor said:
“Ryan has established himself as an exceptional and inspirational leader with a profound impact on Landor’s creative work around the world. His influence extends far beyond the work itself. He is a trusted advisor to clients, with a natural ability to build confidence, reframe challenges and focus conversations on long-term strategic value. Ryan combines creative excellence with strong leadership and a deep understanding of how brands drive growth, making him a natural choice for this role.”
Frost added:
“Landor has given me the opportunity to build a truly global career, working alongside incredible talent and clients across multiple markets. I'm honored to step into this role at a time when creativity has never been more important. As technology continues to reshape how brands are built and experienced, our opportunity is to combine human imagination, strategic thinking and new tools to create brands that are more distinctive, meaningful and effective.”
Geraghty added:
“Together, these appointments strengthen our ability to connect brand, experience and creativity in new ways. By bringing together expertise across strategy, design, experience and creativity, we're helping clients build brands that grow, adapt and remain distinctive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.”
