Neo Pangea Boosts Talent Team by Hiring Laura Rush and Andy Schulman
Apr. 10, 2024
Interactive digital agency Neo Pangea has hired Laura Rush as Director of Digital Creative and Andy Schulman as Head of Motion Design. The addition of these industry heavyweights—coupled with Neo Pangea’s unwavering dedication to digital advancement—solidifies its position as an authority in advertising and paves the way for future growth.
Rush served as Director of Advertising & Media, Multiplatform Marketing for FX Networks, and will leverage her extensive experience in the new role. She was a key player in executing campaigns supporting the FX brand and FX original series, including The Bear, Atlanta, and Welcome to Wrexham. With a proven track record that also includes positions at Sony Pictures Television and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, she brings a unique blend of experience and insight from clients’ points of view.
Schulman brings more than two decades of expertise in animated digital content, including as Motion Design Director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. He will provide hands-on guidance to Neo Pangea’s animation team.
Aaron Beaucher, Senior Vice President of Digital Advertising, who was recently promoted to the role after serving as Creative Director for 16 years, said:
“Their exceptional capabilities and strategic insights will elevate our team and benefit our clients.”
The hires underscore Neo Pangea’s commitment to pioneering cutting-edge digital advertising initiatives. One of these is adherence to brand guidelines, which is crucial in a landscape where engaging audiences beyond screens is paramount.
Brett Bagenstose, Neo Pangea's founder, said:
“Maintaining brand consistency across multiple internal teams and external vendors can be challenging, and to make it worse, brand guidelines are traditionally offered as printed books or digital PDFs. Neo Pangea aims to streamline our client’s onboarding and ease implementation, providing online access to brand assets and templates.”
Gillian Kuhlman, Senior Creative Project Manager at Paramount+, said Neo Pangea proved to be an extraordinary partner in terms of simplifying brand guidelines. What started as a 400-page deck was condensed into a more digestible and secure website with 13 sections featuring all resources and information it will share with Paramount+ brand partners.
Neo Pangea is strengthening its partnership with Paramount+ and is actively spearheading digital advertising initiatives for diverse partners. Now boasting nearly 30 employees, the shop has seen a 250% revenue growth over the last three years. This growth led to the hiring.
