Pavone Group Promotes Two to Creative Leadership Roles
Aug. 13, 2026
Pavone Group has promoted two members of its creative team to leadership roles to support the agency network’s continued growth as a national creative powerhouse. Eileen Hogan has been named Creative Director for quench, the group's food and beverage agency, and Rebecca Armstrong as Design Director for Pavone Group, a role that spans all agencies and clients within the network.
Pavone Group Chief Creative Officer Chuck Meehan said:
"Eileen knows food and beverage better than most people who've spent a career in it, and Rebecca makes every project look like it cost twice what it did. You don't sit on talent like that. Pavone Group is better because of both of them, and our clients benefit from it every day."
Hogan steps into the Creative Director role at quench bringing deep experience in food and beverage marketing. In her new position, she will lead creative strategy and execution for quench clients, driving the kind of award-winning work that has defined the agency's reputation for building and evolving iconic food and beverage brands.
Armstrong's promotion to Design Director reflects the growing scope and roster of world-class client campaigns across the Pavone Group network. Working across all agencies, she will oversee design direction and visual standards for client projects at a group-wide level, a role that touches everything from brand identity and packaging to digital and experiential work.
Both Hogan and Armstrong are based in Pavone Group's Atlanta office.
