Volkswagen Continues to Ensure The Safety of Everyone In "Tomorrow's World"

Mar. 18, 2021

Ah “Tomorrow’s world”, a world awaited with such impatience, a world full of ideas, a perfect world. This is the fantasy that we begin to see everywhere on TV.  And it’s quite normal, after almost a year at standstill, tomorrow’s world makes us dream.

It’s from this idea that the campaign was imagined. A series of 3 films that describe “tomorrow’s world” where everything is more intense, stronger, more beautiful thanks to a selection of stock images that plays with exaggeration on the codes of this type of message. A filmed scene well anchored in reality, then embodies the daily life of many French and allows to conclude with an evidence: what will always remain a little like before, it is us.

Our kids are singing loud and clear in the back seat, our slight carelessness and, of course, our need for safety on the road. And that’s exactly why Volkswagen equips its SUVs with numerous driving aid technologies.

Through this human campaign full of self-mockery, Volkswagen plays with the codes that idealize “tomorrow’s world” to promote all the technologies that equip its SUV range: Front Assist, Lane Assist, Blind Spot Detection, etc.

Antoine Gaston-Breton, Director of Marketing and Communication of Volkswagen France, says:

“All these assistive technologies put forward a real human benefit and the historical pillar of the brand, safety, with the typical Volkswagen tone.”

“Tomorrow’s world” was launched in March on TV, digital and Social Media.
