Our research has revealed just 12-14% of CDs in London are female. Which means 88% of young female creatives say they have no role models. And, many of them drop out, because it's hard to be what you can't see. That's why Creative Equals aims to work with industry, agencies and recruiters to help give female creatives the support, mentoring and training they need to make it all the way to the top. Enough talk, time for the 'do'​. Be part of the movement. Because to create change, we need everyone. And that means you. By the end of 2016, this logo will be the kitemark of the industry.
