Impression Hires Second Managing Partner to Strengthen Client Partnerships

Oct. 13, 2025

Impression, a UK-based performance marketing agency, has appointed Emma Turner as its second Managing Partner to drive client success as the agency continues to grow.

Turner’s appointment comes just three months after Impression hired its first Managing Partner, David Johnson, and reinforces the agency’s commitment to building long-term, impactful relationships with its partners. Turner will be responsible for ensuring exceptional performance outcomes for Impression’s growing client base, working directly with well-known brands such as Specsavers, Topps Tiles, Cancer Research UK, and Clarins.

Turner brings significant expertise in driving client outcomes and joins Impression from the global media, creative, and data agency Croud, where she worked as Director of Client Leadership. Previously, she founded and led her own marketing agency, helping clients to understand where to focus their digital marketing budget through data-driven analysis.

Turner arrives at a time of significant growth for Impression. The agency recently announced a roster of new clients across its UK offices, including Dino Decking and Tweezerman UK, as well as a 27% increase in turnover during the last financial year.

Emma Turner said:

“What drew me most to Impression was the agency’s emphasis on adaptation and flexibility, and on the individual needs of each and every client. I look forward to working with some big household names as well as smaller and boutique brands, to push boundaries and deliver impactful, measurable results.”

Liam Wade, Performance Director at Impression, said:

“Audience behaviours are shifting and much of the performance rulebook is undergoing change. That’s why we’ve introduced the role of Managing Partner – to adapt to these developments, and continue to ensure we drive exceptional performance for our clients. As our client base grows, I have no doubt that Emma will bring a valuable combination of enthusiasm and expertise to the role.”
