Mar. 06, 2026
Pavone Group’s Lisa Corry-Godby has been promoted to Group Strategy and Communications Director, a move that strengthens integration across strategy, communications, and creative and reinforces the agency’s commitment to delivering sharper, more effective work for clients.
In her expanded role, Corry-Godby will lead strategic thinking across the agency’s many disciplines, ensuring that insight, messaging, and creative execution are aligned from the start. The position elevates both the agency’s process and the work it creates.
Pavone Group is an independently held group of vertically integrated, niche agencies serving the needs of distinct categories with deeply relevant expertise. Each agency shares resources and insights to benefit client needs. Agencies within Pavone Group include quench (food and beverage), Vigor (restaurant and hospitality), Varsity (senior services), and the flagship agency, Pavone.
Michael Pavone, CEO of Pavone Group said:
“Lisa has a rare ability to see the full picture and connect dots others miss. Her thinking and collaborative leadership raise the bar for our work. Lisa pushes us to solve the right problems, and that leads to smarter work and better outcomes for our clients.”
Corry-Godby’s approach centers on solving the right problem first and building work that is intentional, focused, and grounded in real human behavior. She also emphasized the importance of strategy as an ongoing mindset, not a one-time phase.
Corry-Godby said:
“Strategy is about focus. When you’re clear on who you’re talking to, what you want them to feel, and what action matters most, everything becomes more effective. You waste less time, fewer dollars, and your message hits harder.”
Corry-Godby is based in Pavone Group’s Philadelphia office. She has been a key strategic leader at Pavone Group, partnering closely with creative and communications teams to develop integrated platforms for clients across many different categories.
