Everyone’s favourite sushi and fresh Japanese restaurant YO! today reveals its latest transformation into “YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie!”,to highlight the scale of choice its menu offers.

Visitors to its Richmond branch will be confronted by a monster 121-character sign extending over 12ft that features 17 options from the menu - including dishes such as; Ramen, Mochi balls and Beef Teriyaki.

Customers who upload a video to social media of them successfully completing the tongue-twister will be in with a chance of receiving a £50 voucher.

Luisa Fernandez, Marketing Director at YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie!, says:

After bringing fresh sushi to the UK for the first time 22 years ago, we want to show diners that we are consistently at the forefront of change, with our exciting and diverse menu. We hope our new name change will get people talking but most importantly, show just how extensive our food offering is and that there really is a dish for everyone at YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie!.”

Following research that discovered 55 per cent of the public think that sushi is solely comprised of raw fish, YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie! is on a continued mission to inspire Britain to be more adventurous and discover the world of fresh, exciting and delicious Japanese food. To support this vision, the brand is relaunching to show that they are about more than just sushi with over 80 colourful dishes on its current menu.

Whether diners are veteran vegan, a gluten-free guru or a mighty meat-eater, YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie! has something for everyone, for any dining occasion.

YO!SushiRamenKatsuStirfryCurryBaoBurgerGyozaFriesYakisobaMochiBallsFriedChickenPopcornShrimpBeefTeriyakiChocolateBrownie! couldn’t have done its first store rebrand without the understanding of its neighbours Tortilla, Richmond, who worked with the brand in the engineering of the sign.
